User administration lets you create several login accounts for the program and assign them specific permissions. A program user cannot have access to operating system functions from PlantVisorPRO Shell. This requires a system user set in PlantVisorPRO Shell.

The installer must set the login password to permit system logon. Always assign lower level privileges to the most privileged profiles (i.e.: an installer must have access to HACCP reports even if this activity is typically performed by a user). |

All graph settings created by a certain user profile can be copied to another user profile (see chapter Setup propagation). |
Stricter login policies can be set including:
passwords with special characters (harder to discover)
passwords with time limits
limited failed login
The account is blocked when the password expires and when the set number of failed logins are reached.
