Purpose

Sends an e-mail to customer care.

Exports the file where all events prior to a fault are recorded.

Description

Log files are exported to a folder that can only be opened by technical support. 

What to do first

Setting up the modem on the operating system level (see chapter System administration).

Setting up the e-mail notification channel (see chapter e-mail setup)

 

Refer to customer care and technical support contract terms (see chapter Service and support: service conditions).

Action

Sending an e-mail.

Exporting log files.
