Purpose

Runs the following actions when certain conditions occur on alarm or event, in certain time bands:

• notification actions to remote peripherals (send fax, text message -SMS-, e-mail; remote supervisor call)

• alarm actions (print alarm, open alarm window)

• field actions (activating relays, setting variables)
